Jodi Daniels, Founder & CEO
Jodi Daniels is a Certified Informational Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with more than 20 years of experience helping a range of businesses from solopreneurs to multi-national companies in privacy, marketing, strategy, and finance roles. During her corporate career, she proved a valuable asset to companies like Deloitte, The Home Depot, Cox Enterprises, Bank of America where she most recently served as the privacy partner for Digital Banking and Digital Marketing. Ms. Daniels started her privacy career by creating the comprehensive privacy program at Cox Automotive. She launched an online advertising network for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book.
Since launching in 2017, Red Clover Advisors has helped hundreds of companies create privacy programs, achieve GDPR, CCPA, and US privacy law compliance, and establish a secure online data strategy their customers can count on. Jodi makes privacy easy to understand by breaking it down into measurable steps using plain language her clients can relate to. She passionately supports the idea that privacy is more than just compliance and concern over fines. It’s a human right we all deserve. She has made it her mission to help businesses build trust and transparency with this core value at its foundation.
Jodi holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, two little girls, and a big fluffy dog named Basil.

Ben Marcus, Privacy Intern
Ben Marcus is a third-year law student and aspiring privacy attorney. Ben has prior experience working on privacy compliance at a Fortune 500 company and is familiar with a variety of global privacy and data security laws such as the CCPA/CPRA and the GDPR.
At Red Clover, Ben dives deep into researching privacy regulations and supporting building privacy programs for clients. Building upon prior work experience and education involving government and policy, he has a passion for understanding new and emerging trends in data privacy law.
Ben received his BA in Political Science as well as History from Elon University and is in his final year of getting his JD at the University of Georgia School of Law.
Emma Banze, Privacy Program Manager
Emma Banze is a lawyer and consulting professional with 5+ years of experience. Early in her career, Emma had the opportunity to work with senior leaders around the world on digital transformation initiatives while also building core functions and processes for a boutique professional services firm. Most recently, she led major projects as part of the Legal Operations team at UnitedLex.
Emma has a J.D. from Mercer University School of Law and a B.A. from Mercer. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and daughter, and can sometimes be seen singing with OurSong Atlanta or in various local musical theatre productions.
James Jackson, Privacy Consultant
James Jackson is a data privacy consultant with prior experience advising and implementing privacy programs alongside clients scaling from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations. James is greatly familiar with common privacy trends across industries as well as global privacy laws and frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA and IAB TCF. James has an extensive technical background working with web and mobile platforms and is passionate about the overlap between privacy and technology.
James received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Georgia and holds credentials for Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe (CIPP/E). He lives in the Atlanta area and enjoys music, sports, and traveling.
Jessica Blazer, Senior Privacy Consultant
Jessica Blazer is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and international privacy attorney with over 25 years of experience. With a focus on healthcare (including insurance, pharmaceuticals, and genetics/genomics), her experience spans industry sectors and includes both law firm and in-house roles at Fortune 500 companies including Chevron, Wyeth, and Aetna, as well as smaller companies such as Ancestry.com. While at Ancestry.com and living in the San Francisco Bay Area, she created and taught multiple privacy law courses and oversaw independent student study as an adjunct professor for Golden Gate University Law School. Most recently, Jessica served as the first VP, Chief Privacy Officer for an Israeli-headquartered international mobile gaming company. She is an agile and creative strategist specializing in privacy program creation, implementation, and maturation, with a passion for training and education.
Jessica has a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy and Government from the University of Texas (Austin). When not working to solve the world’s privacy challenges, she loves traveling, theater, reading, and cooking.
Kimberly Burnham, Senior Privacy Consultant
Kimberly Burnham is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and licensed attorney who is passionate about intentional data privacy practices. With over 20 years in technology law and policy, Kimberly is experienced in advising organizations, drafting policies and procedures, implementing process improvements and executing deliverables. Kimberly is keen to help each organization match their values and business objectives to the scope and impact of their privacy program, while considering privacy regulations and best practices most applicable to them.
Kimberly is a member of multiple professional associations, including the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the Colorado Women's Bar Association (CWBA), where she greatly values both the personal connections and educational opportunities. Kimberly volunteers as a mentor through the CWBA and formerly sat on its Board of Directors. Kimberly received her Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Technology Law from Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University and her Bachelor of Management from Ottawa University. Kimberly enjoys hiking with her dog Meatball and watching Asian dramas with her cat Snickerdoodle. She dreams of owning a campervan sooner than later.
Riley Taylor, Privacy Analyst
Riley Taylor is a privacy analyst with a history of working with legal, data and regulatory compliance. He began his career as a financial & data administrator before diving into the world of privacy with Netflix. Riley has extensive experience with project management and building out multi-stage process workflows in both the legal and privacy fields. He plans highly detailed deliverables, manages timelines and provides client reporting. Riley prides himself in achieving an excellent client experience!
Riley graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Strategic Communication. He lives in Salt Lake City with his fiancé and two cats.
Rosemary Gigante, Senior Privacy Consultant
As a Senior Privacy Consultant, Rosemary brings nearly two decades of experience in data protection, privacy, governance and risk, compliance, business continuity, cyber crisis incident response and technology programs. Rosemary offers extensive experience with establishing and operationalizing strategies, frameworks, and programs to bolster compliance with data protection and information security laws and regulations.
Rosemary has led the development and implementation of privacy, governance, risk, technology, and control frameworks for multi-national corporations, engaging with clients to implement solutions to identify and mitigate risk and meet future state compliance objectives.
Prior to our team, Ms. Gigante held leadership positions at FTI Consulting, Inc., and Sony Corporation of America. At Sony, she served as VP of Global Cyber Information Security Governance and Privacy, where she managed and led the global cyber information security governance and privacy division to establish compliance and solidify privacy and information security governance program maturity. Ms. Gigante has experience reporting directly and providing guidance to C-suite and Board members. Ms. Gigante holds numerous information security and privacy professional certifications. She is an active member with leading associations in her field.
Steve Levin, Senior Privacy Consultant
Steve Levin is a data privacy attorney and consultant who has received his credentials as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) for the US, Europe and Asia. Steve is substantively familiar with global privacy and data security laws such as the CCPA and GDPR as well as their accompanying rules and regulations.
Steve advises clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations on their data management, data governance and data ethics obligations using privacy-by-design best practices. He builds and implements privacy programs in addition to drafting and recommending improvements to privacy policies and business processes including privacy-related sections of vendor contracts. His current role builds upon his experience in political and election law compliance, where he started his career, and in strategic and political communications.
Steve received his BA in Politics and a Certificate in Spanish from Princeton University and his JD from Loyola Law School.
