Jodi Daniels, Founder & CEO
Jodi Daniels is a Certified Informational Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with more than 20 years of experience helping a range of businesses from solopreneurs to multi-national companies in privacy, marketing, strategy, and finance roles. During her corporate career, she proved a valuable asset to companies like Deloitte, The Home Depot, Cox Enterprises, Bank of America where she most recently served as the privacy partner for Digital Banking and Digital Marketing. Ms. Daniels started her privacy career by creating the comprehensive privacy program at Cox Automotive. She launched an online advertising network for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book.
Since launching in 2017, Red Clover Advisors has helped hundreds of companies create privacy programs, achieve GDPR, CCPA, and US privacy law compliance, and establish a secure online data strategy their customers can count on. Jodi makes privacy easy to understand by breaking it down into measurable steps using plain language her clients can relate to. She passionately supports the idea that privacy is more than just compliance and concern over fines. It’s a human right we all deserve. She has made it her mission to help businesses build trust and transparency with this core value at its foundation.
Jodi holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, two little girls, and a big fluffy dog named Basil.
Whitney Lyons, Senior Consultant
Whitney Lyons is an American Bar Association Certified Paralegal, with over 20 years of experience in the legal field. She spent the first half of her career working at law firms learning how to manage a wide range of client issues. The second half of her career has been working in-house in both legal and business roles at Cox Automotive, Tesla, and Edible Arrangements. She possesses a variety of practical knowledge when it comes to business, in not only helping to develop a strategy but in putting that strategy into operation and monitoring compliance. While at Cox Automotive, Whitney worked on updating privacy policies and creating document retention policies. Whitney also has created security incident response plans and has managed individual rights processes and requests. Whitney is results and solution oriented, and applies common sense to break down large strategic concepts into actionable and achievable plans.
Whitney joined Red Clover Advisors in 2018 and ensures the policies and procedures drafted can be practically implemented by clients.
She has a BA in English from Mercer University and currently resides in Atlanta, GA, although, you can often find her traveling around the world on hiking or snowboarding adventures.
Erin Whittaker, Consultant
Erin Whittaker recently graduated with her MS in Cyber Security and MS in International Affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology. During her time in graduate school she interned with Booz Allen Hamilton and the federal government where she worked on data-centric projects. She first found her passion for data privacy in a graduate privacy class and since has completed projects surrounding privacy policies, individual rights, data-masking, re-identification, and data inventories. Prior to graduate school, she worked for Interactive Intelligence-Genesys where she was a project manager and business analyst whose overarching role was to break down silos between existing departments and to lower business redundancies. While at Interactive Intelligence, she was a member of the Enterprise Data Committee which strategized the use, collection, and analysis of data at the enterprise level. During that time she was also a member of the Orr Fellowship which focused on building young professional’s technological, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills in a two year time period.
Erin also has her Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Agricultural Economics and Bachelor of Art in French from Purdue University. She currently resides in Atlanta with her boyfriend and cat. When she isn’t working you can find her hiking, coaching, or enjoying a yoga class!
Joanna Israel, Senior Consultant
Joanna Israel is a marketing and analytics professional with over 25 years’ experience. She has a unique combination of experiences in marketing, data/analytics and the regulatory/compliance world. Most recently, Joanna served as the Global Director of Analytics at Coca-Cola where she was responsible for managing the GDPR compliance program across all marketing activities. She has also served in various marketing and analytics roles at large companies and agencies such as Sapient, BBDO, Cox, Equifax and BellSouth.
Joanna has a degree in Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Emory University. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, two children and two dogs. When she isn’t working, Joanna can be found going on a long run or teaching a yoga class!
