We’re looking for a project manager ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, respond to requests, organize, and schedule work efficiently. In our fast-growing company, you will be managing and creating the processes making sure all our work gets done efficiently and satisfactorily.
This is a contract part time project manager to start, 20-25 hours / week with room to grow to full-time hire.
This is a remote role based in the United States. It will start as part time with the opportunity to grow into full-time.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively maintaining each client project schedule and ensuring that all tasks for each project are being done timely and helping to identify any risks and roadblocks.
- Communicating directly with project team members and clients throughout our various projects. This may include scheduling meetings, issue project communications, including status reports, sending deliverables, receiving and relaying feedback, anticipating delays that may occur on the client side and apprises the team of any changes in the client’s needs and more.
- Coordinating marketing related projects, including timeline creation, managing production schedules, working with contractors and more.
- Coordinating various internal team projects and Research &Development related efforts, and more

Experience & Education:
- 2-3 years prior project management experience managing projects in an ad agency, marketing department, or consulting firm setting.
- Developing project plans and managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Prior work in client-facing projects
- Outlook, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
- Tech savvy and able to learn technology and new tools quickly
