Kimberly Burnham is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and licensed attorney who is passionate about intentional data privacy practices. With over 20 years in technology law and policy, Kimberly is experienced in advising organizations, drafting policies and procedures, implementing process improvements and executing deliverables. Kimberly is keen to help each organization match their values and business objectives to the scope and impact of their privacy program, while considering privacy regulations and best practices most applicable to them.
Kimberly is a member of multiple professional associations, including the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association (CWBA), where she greatly values both the personal connections and educational opportunities. Kimberly volunteers as a mentor through the CWBA and formerly sat on its Board of Directors. Kimberly received her Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Technology Law from Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University and her Bachelor of Management from Ottawa University. Kimberly enjoys hiking with her dog Meatball and watching Asian dramas with her cat Snickerdoodle. She dreams of owning a campervan sooner than later.
