Jessica Blazer, Senior Privacy Consultant

Jessica Blazer is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and international privacy attorney with over 25 years of experience. With a focus on healthcare (including insurance, pharmaceuticals, and genetics/genomics), her experience spans industry sectors and includes both law firm and in-house roles at Fortune 500 companies including Chevron, Wyeth, and Aetna, as well as smaller companies such as While at and living in the San Francisco Bay Area, she created and taught multiple privacy law courses and oversaw independent student study as an adjunct professor for Golden Gate University Law School. Most recently, Jessica served as the first VP, Chief Privacy Officer for an Israeli-headquartered international mobile gaming company. She is an agile and creative strategist specializing in privacy program creation, implementation, and maturation, with a passion for training and education.

Jessica has a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy and Government from the University of Texas (Austin). When not working to solve the world’s privacy challenges, she loves traveling, theater, reading, and cooking.
