Our clients range from solopreneurs to multinational corporations, and we provide scalable services to cater to each client's specific privacy needs.
We’re looking for a digital marketing manager who is passionate about simplifying data privacy and building a high-touch consulting firm. This remote role will work directly with the company’s founder to execute marketing initiatives through social media, email campaigns, podcasts, and more. It is anticipated to be about 15-20 hours per week with room to grow to full-time.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee email newsletters and periodic email campaigns, including writing and creation plus reporting
- Manage podcast: managing and organizing video and content files and writing social media copy
- Design graphics for basic lead magnets, presentation creation, social media graphics, etc.
- Create our video library including editing & identifying video topics
- Curate relevant content to share on social media and with clients
- Proactively reach out to leadership / PR opportunities such as articles, podcasts, webinars
- Assist with lead generation activities such as setup and copy for online quizzes, lead magnets, webinars.
- Manage our CRM
- Update website as needed, including posting articles, logos, etc.
- Create marketing and events calendar.
- Work with our external agencies
Qualifications and skills:
- HubSpot (a must)
- WordPress
- Graphic design
- Copywriting
- Technologist – fluent in marketing technologies
- Organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Reliable – we need to know we can count on you
- Self-starter who will take the lead on projects as needed
- Comfortable with remote work and a self-driven attitude
- Exceptional ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- B2B experience bonus if in technology, marketing or professional services
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
